PALS & Partners – Sushi Making Class

Back by request! Join us for our 2nd PALS Sushi making class! For those who are not raw fish fans, the rolls we will learn to make will actually be Maki rolls and we will not be working with raw fish. We will be using cooked crab meat and smoked salmon. During this class you will learn how to make the rolls and can customize 3 different rolls to your taste preference. You will also get to take home 2 pairs of re-usable chopsticks, a soy sauce dipping tray, and a sushi rolling mat. The class is $30 per person and you must RSVP online no later than Feb 6th to ensure we can get enough supplies. Walk-ins are welcome to observe and enjoy our P.A.L.S. night but, in order to ensure we have enough supplies, we will be an accurate count in advance.
