CNHM: Geology of the Northwoods

Join geologist Fred Haueter on a 60-mile driving tour that highlights the geology of waterfalls in Iron County. Meet at Gilman Park (picnic shelter) in Mellen at 9:00 a.m., and end at Potato River Falls near Gurney at 3:00 p.m. Dress for the weather. Bring lunch and water. You don’t have to be a certified Master Naturalist to participate! Any adult learners are welcome. Register by June 21. $35 member/$40 non-member.
