BCEDC: Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic

January 28th, 2022, the University of Wisconsin’s Law School’s Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic will be hosting an event for small businesses. This event will include a one-hour presentation by Attorney Jeff Glazer at 12 pm via Zoom on common legal issues affecting startups. The presentation will include a discussion on the differences between an LLC and a Corporation and provide information on trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Questions are encouraged! Following the presentation, the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic will be available for one-on-one appointments to discuss any legal issues directly impacting your business.
