Loon Pontoon Tour on the Chippewa Flowage

Learn about the natural history of common loons with a Cable Natural History Museum naturalist while we tour Wisconsin’s third-largest lake on a pontoon boat and observe artificial nesting platforms built for loons. Our local guide will also share the complex story of this man-made lake as we float over historical town sites. Meet at Treeland Resort at 9:30 a.m. and return by noon. For your safety, we are limiting both the number of groups and total number of people for each tour. Registration required by calling 715-798-3890. $38 member/$43 non-member.
