CNHM: Natural Connections Writing Workshop
October 29 - 10:00 AM to October 30 - 3:00 PM
Join award-winning author and naturalist Emily Stone for this first-ever writing workshop at the beautiful Forest Lodge Estate on Lake Namakagon. Writers of all experience levels will practice using writing to deepen their own and other’s connection to nature. Through a progression of outdoor experiences, instruction, exercises, feedback, and revision, participants will gain confidence in finding the stories in nature. Arrive at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, and finish by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. All meals provided. You don’t have to be a certified Master Naturalist to participate! Any adult learners are welcome. Register by October 15 to receive pre-course assignments.
