Rookery's New Years Eve Feast

Once again the Rookery will be bringing in Maine lobster, pairing it this year with a coffee rubbed beef tenderloin for our surf and turf main course. Plus also once again those tasty crustaceans will play the leading role in our legendary house made lobster bisque, the incredible mouthwatering delight many guests tell us is what brings them back year after year.

1st Course: zesty baked crab cakes with orange dill aïoli
2nd Course: the Rookery's legendary Maine lobster bisque
3rd Course: ginger poached pear salad
4th Course: Chardonnay lemon steamed Maine lobster tail & coffee rubbed tenderloin filet served with gratin dauphinois (made with purple Peruvian potatoes) and a portobello mushroom stuffed with spinach, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes
5th Course: tiramisù

Seating is limited and reservations are required (715-794-2062). Please note our regular menu is not available on New Year's Eve. Limited substitutions may be possible with advance notice.
